My approach to therapy is client-centered and focuses on providing a safe and warm environment. I believe that everyone strives to be their best self, but we often experience challenges that make living our best lives hard to achieve. We will work together to build a strong relationship that provides empathy and understanding, genuineness, and is free of judgement.
I have experience with people across the life span, including children ages 3-12, teenagers, young adults, and adults in different stages of life. My areas of specialty include: eating disorder recovery, play therapy, activity therapy, ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship concerns, self-harm, and low self-esteem.
