I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my primary focus as well as EMDR Therapy for Trauma.
In my counseling, I work to promote a client's natural ability to make positive choices for their lives and develop healthy coping skills and a positive self-image. I hope to offer a safe, empathic environment for Clients to process life's pain and struggles while empowering Clients to obtain control of their lives.
