I have 17 years of experience helping people struggling with many areas including: traumatic experiences, anxiety, mood disorders, depression, self-harming behaviors, marital conflict, grief, ADHD, and behavioral and emotional dysregulation. In addition to counseling services, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Supervisor, Approved Consultant EMDR Therapist, and EMDR Trainer. I provide counseling in the office and outdoors for equine-assisted psychotherapy. I believe everyone deserves a happy and healthy life.
I have a Ph.D. in Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, Eagala Mental Health Professional, Board Certified in Neurofeedback. I am passionate about helping each person and family to find their healthy path in life.

I use a Symbolic Experiential Therapy approach layered with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
