My goal in counseling is to encourage and motivate my clients as we work together through the process of healing. I help clients work through life's challenges, establish and accomplish their goals, and ultimately change their lives in more healthy and positive ways.
I specialize in issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, divorce & relationship recovery, rebuilding after trauma, coping with an addicted partner, codependency, life transitions, motivation, occupational issues, life & executive coaching, family of origin issues, and Christian counseling.
Throughout the year, I also lead several groups and workshops: Live Better, a workshop for women starting over and rebuilding their lives and Wives of Addicts (WOA), for women who are struggling in relationship with an addicted spouse (sex, pornography, alcohol and/or drug addictions).
