My mission is to inspire all persons to explore and heal their spirit, and help each find hope. I work with individuals from 3 years old to older adults, couples, and families. I've always believed anyone who is willing to look into the interior ocean of themselves, that is a brave soul. I've sat in that chair and know it takes courage to confront one's self and to make changes that can improve one's life. I am trained in many arenas of therapy, 'psycho-dynamic' therapy, EMDR for PTSD, Cognitive Behavior Therapy connects your thoughts and emotions to behavior choices. Play therapy for children 3 years old to 10 with a separate room, toys are their words and tools to Show me their world. Adolescents, couples, families, adults into their 80's are all welcome.
