If we’re human, we’ve all been there. I work with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression, grief due to a death or those anticipating a loss, a life threatening medical diagnosis, anaphylactic food allergies and accompanying stressors, trauma, and parents with perinatal mood disorders.

I have specialized training in play therapy, trauma interventions, bereavement, and perinatal mood disorders. I have a commitment to an open and affirming practice for all. My approach is to partner with clients to form a safe and supportive relationship to explore more flexible ways of being in relationship with yourself and the world.
