I am flexible in my therapeutic technique, with the use of a relational-psychodynamic approach to treatment, allowing for you to feel comfortable and heard. I find that the therapeutic relationship is critical in helping you achieve your goals.
I have a direct style that is supportive yet challenging when needed. I often use humor to try and foster a healthy working relationship. I have extensive experience working with clients who deal with multiple issues that impact the ability to live happy fulfilling lives.
