Current Openings! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, body image, anxiety disorders & trauma. I am interested in working with individuals who have co-morbid diagnoses, & those who struggle with maladaptive coping mechanisms (self-harm, self-sabotage). I have worked in various mental health settings such as partial hospitalization programs, eating disorder facility and alternative school. Recieved a Bachelor's Degree from Suffolk University, and Master's Degree from Simmons School of Social Work.
I am trained in EMDR Levels 1 & 2 to treat trauma/PTSD. I also incorporate a number of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) & mindfulness skills, and I am a member of ASDAH which is a non-profit organization membership committed to the Health At Every SizeⓇ Principles!
My goal is to help you build awareness, reconnect to yourself, and create a life worth living. My passion is to help you heal your relationship with food and your body, as well as support you through difficult life events. Mindfulness Group 6 Weeks
Purpose: Each week will take participants through different mindfulness practices and meditations. We will start off learning about what mindfulness is, how to sustain nonjudgmental focus in the present moment, and exploring different practices and participant's individual experiences with each. By the end of the 6 weeks, participants' will learn how to incorporate their own individualized practice into their daily lives. Lead by Jenna Hickey LICSW at Flourish Therapy Center

Eating Disorder Recovery Meal Support Group
This is a virtual group for adults (18+) in eating disorder recovery. This is a 6-week therapeutic group starting in February on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm with eating disorder experts Jenna Hickey LICSW and Rachael Berman LICSW. This group will help you stay accountable to your meal plan/recovery, introduce to fear foods and normalize eating in a supported space.
