My approach to counseling is holistic and grounded in the belief that our mind and body are one. Along with traditional verbal psychotherapy, I integrate body-centered and creative arts therapy. My training allows me to use a variety of evidenced-based counseling theories to support your individual needs.

I enjoy working with individuals to increase self-esteem, feel more connected, learn strategies to cope with difficult situations, build resilience, become more self-aware and improve quality of life.
