I am a Doctoral level Psychotherapist with CEAP certification, SAP, and Gottman Method Level 3, EMDR, CPT, DBT and PE. I am the author of the book Loving Me First; the journey to discover your inner self. As a veteran, I have experience working with military personnel and United States Foreign Service Diplomats both domestically and internationally.
