I specialize in treating sex addiction, codependency, betrayal trauma, love addiction, substance abuse, partners of addicts and complex couples. We will work through the underlying emotional content (trauma, unresolved grief and abandonment wounds) that fuel the negative patterns. Together, we will restructure your internal landscape so you can achieve your goals and bring purpose to your life.
As your therapist, I will be your greatest ally as we work to shed what is no longer serving you, identifying the sources of your pain. You will become free of toxic shame and gain self-love and self-acceptance. Your relationships with others will flourish as the relationship with yourself heals.
