I am a psychodynamically-oriented clinical psychologist with considerable training and experience helping adults, adolescents, and children of different cultures and beliefs with serious behavioral, mood, relationship, and health problems.
Most people come to treatment to relieve suffering as quickly as possible. Early in treatment we usually focus on relief of the most troubling symptoms. As people become aware of how lifelong personality issues affect their ability to experience intimacy and accept and appreciate themselves, many choose to continue treatment.
