If you notice behaviors, thoughts, or feelings interfering with your life creating depression, anxiety, etc. even addiction, we will work on your insights, and increase your self-awareness regarding intentions and/or behaviors that no longer serve any purpose in your life. Maybe you have long-standing negative beliefs and reactions repeating themselves, hiding in traumatic experiences. Perhaps ongoing questions demand deeper answers. In collaboration we will work on reaching your goal.
Using a psychodynamic approach activates psychic levels both linear and deep. By fostering self-refection, you will gain deeper awareness of underlying unresolved issues. In addition I use experiential methods, dreams, writings, drawings etc. I use evidence-based therapies sparingly; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, DBT.
Psychodynamic therapy is designed to help you gain insight into your current self. Looking at codependency, love addiction, trauma bonding behavior etc. will help you identify what needs to be resolved. A deeper approach plays a crucial role in finding how your adult personality has been shaped - making unconscious material conscious makes changes possible.

Returning to my self, women only. Not Active
IN this group we will use experiential methods to help explore who we are, and changes we would like to make assisting in discovering the woman we are meant to be. IT is a small closed group 4-6 women who have a common desire to self-reflect and examine deeper issues. WE will explore ego-strength, emotional dysregulation, shadow work, and family of origin. THE group will meet up once a week for 2 hours, and run for 8-12 times depending. The group is currently inactive. Questions - use my contact information.
