My goal in treatment is to provide tools and help guide people into healing from any wounds that may hinder them from fully walking in the freedom. I am committed to helping people obtain a healthy thought life and lifestyle by being renewed in the mind, becoming transformed and being set free on all levels so they may further pursue life goals and maintain healthy relationships without the hindrance of emotional burdens from the past. I am a born again Christian and I love integrating faith and spirituality in the emotional healing process.
I like to use psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches to therapy to set people free from the emotional chains of the past. I am also passionate about working with couples to repair and reshape relationships into what God originally designed so that we can experience His best marital blessing.
I feel the marriage of my Christian faith and training as a clinical therapist give me a unique and effective model when it comes to healing emotional wounds.
