Our walk as a human being can be both challenging and beautiful. Sometimes we want to prolong the status quo and sometimes we want to let go of that which no longer serves. Sometimes we resist feeling loss and grief, yet want to learn how to experience beginnings and endings simply as a part of our journey. Often we become distracted and find ourselves singularly focused only on what we feel is "wrong." Perhaps we are seeking a return to the center of our own being, to the expansiveness of our heart and to a place of self-authority in our life.
The work I invite you to do includes a return to mindfulness and heart, when you feel most disconnected. We will work at opening the doors to relationship and bonding. We will examine the resistance you may feel, and the blocks to your creative expression. We will re-connect the dots when little makes sense.
I resonate with the shamanic worldview that all is inter-connected, that suffering stems from feelings of isolation and separation. You will learn to companion yourself through the difficult times that confront you, while remaining true to who you are, and discover how to engage more deeply with life and to express your authentic self.
