Therapy provides you with a chance to understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and helps you to figure out WHY you're having those thoughts, feelings, and patterns. By bringing understanding to ourselves, we can make the changes necessary to bring more joy and fulfillment into our lives.
I specialize in children's issues, like school anxiety; parenting issues, like dealing with kids' behavioral and relational difficulties; and in adult issues, like major life transitions. Using a psychodynamic approach and mindfulness techniques, we will explore your past in order to help you create a better present and future.
