I am an AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) board-certified art therapist and LCMHC. In my work, I serve Autistic and AuDHD individuals offering Autistic-centered, neuro-affirming art therapy to children, teens, and adults. I focus on both encouraging my clients’ self-discovery and understanding of their Autistic identity. I am explicitly LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I take a multi-sensory, creative, strengths-based approach to therapy that meets each client's individual needs. My work honors Autistic identity, recognizes and validates authentic Autistic social communication, and rejects practices that may induce trauma by promoting Autistic masking (such as ABA or social skills training/interventions).
