Hi, I’m Tammy — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore or a courtroom. It’s more like a conversation with someone who really gets it (and happens to be trained in evidence-based strategies that actually work).
I’m client-centered, which means your goals set the course and I walk alongside you (no clipboards, no judgment, no rush). I’m trained in CBT and TF-CBT, so when it’s time to untangle unhelpful thought patterns, I’ve got the tools to help you do just that. I also offer DBT skills, MI, ACT, and a wide range of other interventions.
I’ve lived through my own plot twists — sudden loss, family addiction, anxiety — so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all healing process. What I do believe in is helping people write their own guidebook, one chapter at a time.
