Parenting is very difficult! Being a kid these days is not easy either! We understand that sometimes you need to just problem solve and learn tools. We partner with you to help mend important relationships, learn healthier coping skills, add positive strategies, and live without self harm. At Blue Sky, we offer specialized experience in clinical child adolescent psychotherapy, family therapy, college mental health, education/medical collaboration and clinical neuropsychology. We are trauma informed, with experience in intensive hospital/outpatient and private practice arenas.

We know that people need tools and coping skills to heal and grow towards better relationships and achieve life success. We offer Parent child conjoint sessions may include; music, motion songs, art, writing, play, literature, social skills, parent child communication, puppets, prize box. We include parents in the sessions!

Our therapists use many different intervention strategies. Individual therapy and a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat self injury and advanced teen issues. We use many strategies to assist with sleep problems, behavioral interventions, college adjustment issues, self injury, depression anxiety treatment, and WE offer solutions.
