In person Offering solutions for kids and families. We know that people need tools and coping skills to heal and grow towards better relationships and achieve life success. We offer sessions may include; music, motion songs, art, writing, play, literature, social skills, parent child communication, puppets, prize box. We include parents in the sessions!
We use many different intervention strategies. DBT CBT - Individual therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat self injury and advanced teen issues. We have strategies to assist sleep problems, behavioral interventions, college adjustment issues, self injury, ADHD depression anxiety treatment. Dr Jenkins has 30 yrs experience to help!
