Give your teen the tools to thrive—even under pressure. In this two day four-hours per day individual intensive, your teens will learn 10 essential skills to bounce back from setbacks and turn stress into success. This research-based program draws from The Resilient Teen by Sheela Raja and proven Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help them create real change. Participants will identify and challenge the thought patterns that may be holding them back, building confidence, resilience, and a healthier mindset they can use in everyday life. Parenting session included to understand intensive strategies.
