Jayne started Blue Skies Counseling with the goal of helping women heal who have experienced trauma. Now, as four empathic, LGBTQIA+-allied feminist therapists, our expanded goal is to help you recognize and actively dismantle felt oppression and inequity on an individual basis, including supporting people who are questioning their faith, sexuality, and gender identity. We offer a client-centered, solution-focused approach through multicultural, humanistic, existential, and relational theories in a safe, warm environment. We also use EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), SE, and other modalities to help our clients heal.
We specialize in LGBTQ+ Behavioral Health. We are passionate about the work we do: treating trauma with EMDR and IFS and helping you navigate through your world by learning attachment, communication, and relationship skills. We can help you work through things to get freedom from anxiety, panic, stress, depression, adjustment, and life changes!
We believe that anxiety, depression, anger, and somatic issues can intertwine with trauma to some degree, making life difficult, and reaching into so many facets of our lives. We love helping people recover and find healing and solace in therapy. We can help you make sense of your feelings and help you make incredible changes! Relief is in sight!

Struggling with leaving the LDS church? We can help! There are a lot of feelings to be felt when we struggle with our spirituality, and we can offer skills and an understanding ear as we have struggled with the same things (and made it out the other side!). This is a support group led by a licensed therapist, who can help give insight, skills and support in understanding and managing your faith transition.
