With a background in school social work, hospital social work and clinical practice, I bring experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused techniques to support people navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues and other stressors.
