My primary focus is to understand how you want your life to be different and how I can work with you to effectively create those changes. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, all proven effective & approved by APA.
I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression & Trauma. There are multiple ways to effectively treat these issues. Together, we will determine the treatment pathway that will work best for you.
EMDR is an extremely effective form of therapy for patients with a history of trauma and treatment resistant depression, as well as those with long held negative beliefs. My experience utilizing EMDR therapy has provided clients that have made little progress in years of therapy with improvements that they never thought were possible.
