There are times in our lives when problems can feel overwhelming, painful, and difficult to face alone. Relying on friends and family may not be a viable option. My therapeutic approach is eclectic - drawing from evidence-based approaches such as, interpersonal psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based CBT, psychodynamic theory, and person-centered therapy. I use elements from these approaches to help you decide what works best for you as well as ways to help you grow personally.

I assist you with defining your thoughts & feelings which in turn may help you develop into a happy, healthy, & confident individual who effectively deals with daily life.
