Thank you for visiting my page. I have been providing counseling services to individuals and families for over 10 years. My expertise includes working with adolescents on personal growth and positive mental health. I also offers individual and group sessions for teens on issues such as life planning, anger management, college counseling and communication skills. When working with adult clients, we generally focus on grief/depression, family relationships, divorce, careers as well as parenting issues.
I believe that when individuals have a strong inner circle, they are better able to handle life's ups and downs. Don't hesitate to call if you are in a position where you need assistance. Having support, in most cases is all that you need.
