I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using a Humanistic and Client-centered approach, with an emphasis on short-term, solution focused treatment. I have an extensive background in the holistic health field and in the field of psychology, and find that many issues including stress, depression, anxiety, focusing-issues, relationship problems, and chronic pain/illness can be effectively worked through by creating a strong rapport and finding balance and harmony within oneself and one's environment.
I believe that every individual can change and grow, given unconditional positive attention, trust, support and insight through the use of psychotherapy. *Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Meditative Techniques can be incorporated for enhanced mental and emotional benefit. *
