I specialize in helping people feel calm and relaxed. I believe in teaching people the skills they need so no matter what life throws at them they can feel calm and in control. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to make therapy work for you to meet your goals.
I like to help people set treatment goals and work towards them. I am most successful working with people who are motivated to make changes in their life and who want to learn skills to help them feel calm and relaxed.
I use talk therapy but also have a wide variety of other techniques that I have been trained in such as CBT, Clinical Hypnosis, EFT, guided meditations and breathing techniques to help my clients feel better faster.
