Motherhood can be an exhausting series of transitions. While having a baby is the most incredible experience, it can also reek havoc on your sleep, your relationship and your day-to-day. I understand the challenges of being a new mom. Whether you’re suffering from Insomnia or new mom insecurity or maternal anxiety, I can help. Within just a few sessions I can help you cope with the lack of sleep, exhaustion, frustration and anxiety that can come along with being a new mom. Not sure how therapy will work in your life? No problem! I offer both in-person and online sessions.
I partner with clients to aid them in restoring healthy sleep habits, managing worry and stress related to sleep. We will find strategies to get back to sleep and rule out other issues. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia for my clients. CBTI is the recommended treatment for Insomnia. Most clients see results by session 3.
