I offer two broad categories of services. First, I provide onsite grief or critical incident support in the workplace. Employers or EAPs request that I come to the workplace to provide immediate emotional first aid after there has been a crisis or disruption affecting employees. The types of workplace events I often respond to include: Death of a Coworker, Layoffs, Injury, Violence, Robbery, Mass Shootings, and Natural Disasters. I am generally available for onsite employee services within 24-48 hours, and I am able to travel quite a distance to your location.
Second, I provide traditional psychotherapy. I will join you in identifying your goals and taking immediate steps. We will work together to find real solutions that you can begin to implement right away, and then we can continue to build and deepen these solutions until you are satisfied with your accomplishments. For this I often use SFBT and CBT.
For psychotherapy I provide telehealth exclusively, so you have the freedom to participate in counseling sessions in the comfort of any location that is convenient to you. Currently, there is a waitlist for psychotherapy. I am currently available for workplace critical incident support; contact me for an immediate response.
