I believe that there is no cookie cutter approach to therapy, and my therapeutic approaches are as varied as the clients I work with. Each person has unique experiences, perspectives, and needs that must be addressed; and I work to provide each client with a personalized experience. I take clients from all ages and backgrounds in an individual, couples, or family setting.
My integrative approach to therapy allows me to be comfortable treating a variety of issues while also offering new perspectives on issues that may not have been successfully treated with other modalities.
I have extensive experience as a crisis interventionist that makes me well suited to issues of self-harm and suicidal ideation. I also have special experience working with court ordered clients and the requirements for completion of those programs.
