In my practice I use a holistic and comprehensive approach to health and wellness to ensure the most growth and progress for my clients. I specialize in treating mental health issues including trauma and self-injury, substance abuse, and relationship issues. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.
My knowledge and expertise not only comes from education and training but past personal struggles. I specialize in a variety of mental health and addiction issues. My passion is working with children, teens and adults struggling with trauma, mental health disorders, substance use, and /or self-injury.
