I view all my clients like they are a mirror image of myself. I see my work as being employed by you to help you get where you want to go. I am an experiential therapist Very different practice from what's out there today. CBT, DBT, TFT, EFT, EMDR and more are integrated into your experience. Therapy should be an experience of growth and revelation about "self" and not just a conversation. Tools should be the takeaway and integration into daily life the goal.
EMDR for removing negative subconscious thought. IMAX serenity immersion room for deep relaxation - on site in my practice. ART therapy is also an option, offered as a way to express your self non-verbally. TAPPING is taught for anxiety reduction.
I wanted to dedicate my life to helping those who wish to learn to grow and give my 100% to them as I request they give 100% to themselves in the process of the personal growth they seek. I think all my clients would say that's a win win strategy.
