Hello and welcome to the first step in improving your quality of life. Mental health continues to be stigmatized in our society, but what if therapy is the key to relief and acceptance? I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) and I provide outpatient individual, couples, and family therapy. I obtained my master's degree from University of Maryland School of Social Work and I have 10 years experience working with diverse populations in the Baltimore area. I've worked in clinics, homes, and schools.
I specialize in treating adults with symptoms such as depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and intimacy/relationship challenges. I will customize your treatment using cognitive behavioral therapy, holistic approaches, and psychodynamic modalities among many others. I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for us to work together on meeting your goals.
My passion for my work stems from my own mental health challenges and healing journey. I practice what I preach and will share with you how it's helped so many. My personality and therapy style is open and up front, of course with understanding and empathy to the max. I'm engaging, want to build trust, and will give you comedic relief at the right time.
