I am an art therapist and LMFT. I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who have learning disorders, issues around early attachment, depression, anxiety, pervasive development disorders, and behavioral problems. I also work with adults in individual, co-parenting and family therapy. I can support clients through crisis and life changes. I am familiar with 12 step recovery and can provided effective treatment for dually diagnosed clients.
I stay current with trends in treatment and can offer mindfulness, DBT, Seeking Safety as well as Motivational Interviewing. I believe in a thorough evaluation to find a modality which meets your needs.
I bring together a psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and humanistic approach that will effectively meet your needs. I have additional training in meditation and yoga. I strive to create an environment that is warm, welcoming and safe. I love working with adolescents, families and adults!
