For the last 24 years I've helped individuals who struggled with depression, anxiety, relationship or parenting issues, low self-esteem and more to reach their goals.
In my approach to therapeutic relationship I bring compassion, warmth and thoughtfulness that help my clients understand the source of their unhappiness, their unmet needs and find the ways to meet those needs. In my practice I work with individual adults and families.
