With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Family System Therapy, I do individual and family counseling to help you overcome following challenges: behavior concerns, career changes, life transitions, social anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, PTSD, parenting challenges, marriage and family conflicts. I am strength-based and solution-focused.
I understand and appreciate different cultural heritages. My experiences include being a college instructor at two colleges; an administrator, family specialist, and resource teacher in the US public school system; a supervisor, administrator, and a clinical social worker in three teaching hospitals. I speak three languages fluently: English, Mandarin, Taiwanese.
