Small Steps works with children from birth to 18 years of age in the areas of Infant Mental Health and Development Therapy, Play Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Art Therapy, Dance and Movement Therapy, Parenting Support and Education and Home Visiting. Each of these modalities focuses on helping young children develop healthy neurological and psychological functioning as well as healthy relationships and resiliency.
Small Steps works with children, as well as their caregivers, using the following key areas:
Infant Mental Health Counseling, Experiential Play Therapy, Theraplay
Caregiver Psycho-Education, Co-parenting Classes, Art Therapy, Dance and Movement Therapy, Circle of Security parenting and Therapeutic Home Visiting

BE SEEN "Be Seen" is a support group for non-binary, transitioning, and transitioned teens and young adults. Groups led utilizing person centered modalities to assist you in living your most authentic life. Gain connection to your community, develop your identity, & take an hour out of your week for snacks and laughter. Age 12-16: Thurs 6-7:30pm Age 17-19: 2nd & 4th Mon 6-7:30pm

A WISER AND KINDER WAY "A Wiser and Kinder Way" is a psycho-educational support group for the parents and allies of non-binary, transitioning, and transitioned teens and young adults (ages 12-19).
