I am an energetic therapist who can help you address aspects of your life that you may think are unchangeable or too shameful to even discuss. I take a directive approach that helps you learn how to not allow your fears and anxiety to stop you from living the life you want. l get to the problem quickly and efficiently, and assign homework between sessions to facilitate progress. I work with individuals to live more meaningful lives by helping them approach, rather than avoid, those aspects of their lives and relationships that are most important to them.
I specialize in adults with anxiety disorders and OCD, particularly those lacking social confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal difficulties. I am compassionate and thoughtful, while challenging my clients to push themselves to live a life of purpose. I help individuals learn to work with their fears/anxiety in more effective ways.
