I support women navigating life transitions, identity shifts, grief, burnout, and big decisions about relationships, motherhood, and self-worth. Many of my clients feel “in between” versions of themselves, emotionally overwhelmed by change, or unsure of what comes next. My work centers on nervous system regulation and a whole-body approach to healing. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build the emotional safety needed to process what’s ending and move toward what’s next.

My approach is warm, supportive, and whole-person focused, grounded in a trauma lens. In sessions, we explore how emotions, stress, and past experiences affect both the mind and body while building emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and self-trust. Together, we focus on helping you feel steadier, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
