I strive to help those motivated for change begin to find their true path in life. I also identify a more holistic/integrative approach to therapy, by looking at how mental health impacts the whole person (mind, body, soul).
My approach to therapy is pulled from various evidence based practices including Cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Relaxation Training, EFT (meridian tapping) and Mindfulness. I specialize in the areas of addiction recovery, depression and anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, health behavior change, and chronic pain and illness.
