Whether your symptoms are mild or severe, my belief is that everyone can benefit from exploring their mental health and psychology. Positive change, healing, and growth are available to anyone interested in pursuing them. My expertise lies in supporting children, adolescents, families, and parents with their mental health, and working alongside them to accomplish their goals. Through individual and family work, as well as parent training, I strive to provide my client's with the resources they need to support long lasting healing, and flourishing mental health.
I specialize in implementing Evidence Based Practices in treatment, to help clients pursue and track their mental health goals. The field is increasingly moving away from theoretical interventions in favor of evidence based treatments, and my Masters program focused exclusively on how to most effectively implement these EBP's in a counseling setting.
Our traumatic experiences, unhelpful beliefs and mental health are often the largest barriers we face when it comes to pursuing our life goals. With focused exploration and support, anyone can overcome these barriers and move into a place of flourishing.
