I have worked with a wide variety of clients, all of whom have been in different stages of change readiness. I work with all ages as young as 6 years of age to over 60 years of age. My clients struggle with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, PTSD, ADHD, relationship issues, grief and loss due to illness, injury, death and life transitions, as well as adjustments to positive transitions, such as job promotion, new business, or marriage. I work with guys in hi-tech, mostly software engineers and managers, who struggle with some sort of anxiety &/or depression, often brought on by things like workplace stress, relationship problems, or big life transitions (like having a baby). My typical client leads an engaged life of achievement and focus, and he usually feels on top of things. But then life has come along and hit him with something his well-developed intellect can't quite handle. The result is that he feels stalled and filled with self-doubt - something he is unaccustomed to and deeply uncomfortable with.
