My passion is supporting professionals in helping fields access their vulnerability to live more authentically. My education in human sexuality enables me to help others navigate the intimate aspects of themselves and their relationships. This requires an exploration of all aspects of the self, including social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness.
It is easy to neglect the more intimate aspects of our selves and our lives because, when shared with so few, they can seem insignificant. Yet carrying any dissatisfaction wears on overall wellbeing.
