My specialties include: LGBTQ+, gender identity, life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will build upon pre-existing skills and strengths that each individual carries with them, while developing increased self-awareness and compassion in a safe, supportive, environment.
Every session I prioritize the basic human need to be heard and supported, without judgement. I am genuine and practice compassion in all situations to make your experience of therapy a time of personal growth and acceptance.
