I strive to meet my clients where they are and help to guide them to a place where they feel they are able to thrive. I specialize with teens and student athletes navigating difficult transitions, with sports, school or family. I also have experience working with adults having challenges with life transitions.
I have a degree in Sports Psychology, so I help athletes (and non-athletes) in the areas of motivation, identity and performance. I am also in the process of becoming certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which works to explore all of our "parts" and find a deeper connection to our inner 'Self' energy.
