I enjoy working with adult clients, age 21 & older, with a wide variety of concerns including, but not limited to stress management / life balance, parenting challenges, depression / mood disorders, anxiety / panic, trauma-related symptoms / PTSD, mind / body concerns (chronic pain, illness, emotional overeating), women's issues (infertility, pregnancy, post-partum depression, menopause), grief and loss, and issues of aging (adjusting to retirement, coping with the aging process).

I tailor my treatment approach to the unique needs and strengths of each client so they can reach their personal goals. I combine cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, meditation, EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Appetite Awareness Training, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy to achieve the best possible results.

I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, practicing as a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania since 2004. I founded Radiant Being Psychological Services, P.C, with a goal of providing high-quality mental health care in a warm and caring environment.
