If you have a child who is struggling with behavioral issues and you just can't understand what is going on, come see me. I see children as young as 3 years old. Using play as their voice I will help your child with those issues by teaching coping skills and gently guiding them to think before acting. At times I will provide you with tools to use at home so your child has consistent support. I have experience working with children on the spectrum, ADHD, ADD, ODD, Conduct Disorder, and DMDD. I also have experience working with both children and adults with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and trauma.
I am kind, down-to-earth, empathetic, easy to talk to, and a great listener. I practice client centered therapy based on Carl Jung and unconditional positive regard. Life can show us a lot of negativity but I want to help you find the positives so you can become your best possible self and live your life to it's full potential.
I know how difficult it is to make time for therapy in an already busy schedule, so in addition to weekdays I am available weekday evenings and I offer teletherapy over Zoom.
