Becoming familiar with our inner and outer landscape when it comes to eating is crucial to healing our relationship with food. Through guided discussion and self-exploration we will look at: 1. Understanding the role of anxiety in eating, 2. Preparing for the journey with emotionally, physically, symbolic and 3. spiritually based hunger. A safe and friendly atmosphere will be created to explore the many ups and downs of food in our lives. Whether you are involved with OA, Weightwatchers or other eating systems, dieting, nutritional care, psychotherapy or spiritual work, this group can help with your next step.
