I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis & treatment of adults & adolescents. Using a collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy, I am able to provide short-term solution focused therapy or longer-term therapy for more complex issues. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, consistent & authentic relationship to provide support & new skills in your growth & self-discovery process.
I work with adults & adolescents struggling with anxiety, panic, health anxiety, grief/loss, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, adjustment challenges, chronic health issues and support those in the adoption process pre and post placement. I also enjoy working with college students, helping them adjust to school and manage any mental health concerns.
