My practice is a mixture of traditional counseling, coaching, and social work case management. Many people come to me because of a specific issue like job stress which is causing anxiety and disrupting family life. I am an active therapist-I give regular feedback and I also like regular feedback about the progession of therapy. I can write letters to disability or employers (for small fee after minimum 3 visits). I can make referrals to allied professionals to supplement your treatment.
I particularly understand the needs of people in the arts. I have an extensive background in classical music and have a special intetest in how the arts can help people.
